My sister and I had a late flight into Kansai Airport and chose to stay at the Ramada as it is close by the airport. We took the hotel shuttle bus provided and had a good night's rest before negotiating public transport next morning, heading for Nara. The hotel was excellent in every way for this arrangement and the hotel staff were most helpful with directions etc. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel in every way.

Very friendly staff and good location to airport

We had a great overnight stay at Ramada Hotel. The shuttle service arrived on time and we were at the hotel in about 15 minutes. All the staff were friendly and courteous and can speak English. We were so hungry and it was nice to have a cafe that is serving food up to 12:00 midnight. We had a buffet breakfast and also got the chance to visit and take some pictures of a small temple at the back of the hotel. Overall, it was a great overnight experience.

I can't really comment on the facilities as i was only there for a few hours and slept a lot. the location was fine for me as i just needed to get to the airport. I was generally happy with the hotel. the room was good although i had asked for a non-smoking room adn this one wasn't. it smelt of stale smoke which made it feel a bit dirty when actually it was clean.

I am glad that the people at reception could speak English! Thank you!
