We really enjoyed our stay at Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel Tokyo. The hotel is in a great location. The service is amazing - the staff so very attentive, polite and helpful. The rooms were very well serviced and the view was fantastic. We were visiting Tokyo for leisure and were very pleased that we stayed in Shibuya - so many great places to shop, eat and right near the train station. I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again and would recommend it to friends. We also got a great deal through Holiday City for this 5 star hotel experience.

This is the first time we stayed at this hotel and were very pleased with this hotel for various reasons (we stayed here for 6 nights):
- location of the hotel is good, about 5 minutes walk to Shinbuya station and there are lots of shopping & restaurants near the hotel
- size of the hotel room and bathroom is good especially when we have young children so more space was definitely a plus
- hotel rooms/bathrooms were very clean
- hotel staff were very polite, helpful with good English standard

One point to note is that children were not allowed to use the swimming pool in the hotel as the gym/pool is only available to people aged 18 and above.

We did not eat in the hotel as there are many choices near the hotel so could not comment on the hotel food. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others who are going to Tokyo.

The room is large for Tokyo standards and the bathroom is exceptionally large and comfortable with a full sized bath.
