my one complaint is that you should not allow ... smoking on a floor with non-smoking rooms. my room, #921, was near the elevator, and thus near an ashtray at which people went out to smoke. smoke wafted into my room on a regular basis. when i told the staff at reception, they suggested they could spray an aerosol in my room. that wouldn't have removed the hazards of second-hand smoke -- it would just have masked the scent. it would be a service to your non-smoking guests to have at least one floor, preferably more, that is/are completely non-smoking.
