The location is very easy to reach,near hakata station and near bus terminal.for the first comer like me, the hotel is very comfort.

The hotel is very convenient as it's right opposite the JR Hakata train station. And it's about 15mins away from Canal city which is great for shopping !

The provision of free hot coffee and tea was great. Especially during the cold weather.

The selection of food provided at breakfast could be better improved though.

Staff was very helpful. Room view was so nice to the railway outside Breakfast was delicious

This Hotel compared to others that I stayed in, in Japan was very tired looking, it was clean and the staff were very helpful and very polite, the food was pleasant just not enough, very small helpings. Breakfast is included in the price unfortunatly didnt have time to indulge but the food looked very appertising and I wished I had had the time to sample it. Although there was tea and coffee available in the rooms there was also free drinks available in the lobby which you could take to your room.
This hotel would be best suited to those who travel a lot due to business and only have to stay one or two nights.

Really enjoyed my stay, thank-you. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The smoke odour bothered me. In the future I'd recommend keeping some rooms smoke-free and asking guests for their preference.

The staff spoke English well, and the hotel catered well to the foreign tourist. The room was spacious, and extremely clean.

It provides free breakfast and internet in the lobby which is good and i think it`s a definate value for money hotel. It`s location itself is worth the money when you have a heavy bag pack with you. It is a comfortable room and has what everything a 2 star hotel should have and more...

Free internet access, friendly and helpfull staff, simple but good breakfast and nearby train station and airport. The prize /quality ratio is excellent. It is a simple, clean room with alle the facilities you need for a short trip.
