It is situated in a very convenience place. You can shop and drop your purchase before continuing your shopping. We will surely go back to this hotel again for our next visit. Value for money.

Hotel was clean, comfortable, quiet and well located within walking distance from Shinsaibashi Metro station, which is a 15 minutes direct ride from Shin-Osaka train station by Metro. Buffet breakfast was simple but quite good. Staff was kind and helpful.

The location is good, right in the middle of all the food and shopping areas. It is closed to both Shisaibashi and Namba main train station. Though it is a short walk (20mins) from Namba, the location is very convenient if u have the Kansai pass and allow u to travel to Nara, Kobe, Kyoto easily from Namba station directly.

Great place for anyone who like a economical stay.

The location is convenient, near to subways, shopping and eateries. Staff are polite and helpful.
Generous in serving complimentary breakfast and afternoon coffee. Housekeeping is upto mark with regular topup of amenities.

This hotel is very convienent to shopping and entertainment areas of Osaka. I enjoyed breakfast there were many different foods to what i normally eat. Some very yummy others very different and not to my taste. My only problem was locating this hotel. We found that the easiest way to get to it was to come out of Shisabashi station exit number 4 and go straight ahead 2 blocks and turn right than go down 2 blocks and it was on the corner.
The alley ways around the hotel come alive of a night time with shops and food dining areas.
I would definitely stay here again.

The best things about this hotel were its price and location. I couldn't believe how cheap it was for the location, not to mention that breakfast was included! Right in the centre of everything... Walking distance to the best things to see in Osaka.

My only complaint would have to be that I requested a non-smoking room and was given a smoking room, which was so incredibly stinking and filled with a stale sour stench that it got into all of my clothes and the clean sheets. Normally I can handle a bit of smoke but in a room with a window that didn't open and probably hadn't ever had any fresh air, it was just so bad.

However because I was there only for the night and was paying very cheap prices considering the location, I didn't say anything.

Very strict on check-in times. I think it may have been more of a language issue than anything but I arrived at the hotel at 2.50pm (10 minutes before check-in) and was told that check in time was at 3pm and that I would have to wait. When I went back to the desk at 3.05pm, it was ready!

Great location easy access, even though there was a language barrier the service was great. Thos hotel has awsome location, easy walks to as far as den den town, osaka castle, umeda. the subway is easier, but walking lets you enjoy more of the city. Who needs a big room anyway when your holidaying in another country? all i did in it was sleep.
