Our experience with the hotel staff was beyond our expectations from the moment we were dropped off at the Dai ichi Hotel until we got the the Annex. Getting off from the bus limo, staff of the Dai ichi hotel immediately took our luggage & escorted us to the Hotal Annex, which was just about 100 meters from the main hotel. Checking in at the Annex was a breeze and we were showed to our room in about 15 minutes. The room was comfortable with the necessary amenities one would need while in a hotel.

The staff was very helpful in answering our queries like how to book for a tour to Mt. Fuji, how to get to Disneyland & Disney Sea, where we could do some shopping, & where we could have cheap breakfast, lunch, & dinner, how to get to the train station, & get train connections to Tokyo Train Station.

We were very statisfied with our stay & experience at the Dai ichi Hotel Annex & would recommend this to other tourists to Tokyo.
