Recommendation:  By Mr.Luke Planken  Australia The hotel (fraser east tower) was a little out of the central shinjuku jr station itself if coming direct from narita, but very close walking distance to the okubo jr station (only 2 stops away from the shinjuku station).
the staff are courteous ... (on par with general experience with hotels so far in japan) and helpful in providing directions. The included breakfast was very good.
the 25sqm room is a reasonable size, fairly new and contained all needed facilities and some helpful extras such as a iron.
overall, a nice stay and a place i'd recommend if wishing to stay in the shinjuku prefecture. For the package price for a couple, it was very good value for money.
