Thank you Hilton Tokyo Bay for a safe and comfortable stay at a time when Japan was in deep saddness. We (a family of seven with 2 kids and an elderly) were at Disney Sea when the earthquake struck and walked over 2km back to the hotel in the cold and drizzle. When we arrived we were surprised to see the Hilton staff calm, courteous and fully appraised of the situation. The lobby was functioning as an information centre with a notice board, TV monitors up and stranded guests/children resting in the lobby. We endured many aftershocks inside our hotel room which swayed back and forth, but quickly stability was restored. In the days that followed, trains and buses were closed and we literally had no place to go. The Hilton facilities (swimming, table tennis, squash etc) were available but unfortuanately at a high charge. Also, there was also no wifi connectivity in the rooms and lobby. Only one buffet restaurant and a chinese restuarant operated for limited hours. Thankfully there was a Starbucks, a mini-mart stocked with food/drinks and the little pastry store. All things considered, we felt very safe at the Hilton in spite of the tremours, and glad that the hotel was well located near the Disney parks. We are especially grateful that we could extend our stay for an extra night and had little problems with all our arrangements. We continue to pray that all of Japan will be safe soon.

Some travellers like me might've benefited from a few more cut-price rooms in order to appreciate Disney on more of a budget, but still it was excellent value for money Fantastic, very comfortable and functionable.

the hotel was very expensive,so i was hoping not to spend to much money when i got there,but everything around e.g resturants,were way to over priced,we had to go back to the station to get dinner.and we ordered some wine glasses from service and they lost our room number,so i had to ring back twice.it took an hour,without an apoligy room was nice,maybe a little colour to brighten the place up would be good to see.

Efficient transport service to disney park and airport Spacious. Wonderful shower facilities.

The rate offered by Holiday City is good but eating in the hotel is expensive. However, proximity to Disneyland and Disney Sea and overall standards of the hotel make it all worthwhile! Just ensure that u take all your meals in Disneyland or Sea before heading back to the hotel :) Very family friendly. Rooms come complete with childrens' toothbrushes, slippers, bathing sponges and kimonos. Got a twin bedded room and one of the beds were pushed against the wall complete with bed railings to prevent the children from falling. Two thumbs up for that!
