Convenient place to stay before travelling

The Holiday Inn Hotel is very well located at the Tokyo Airport (Narita). A shuttle is available to go to either terminal and the hotel provides as well a shuttle to go to the lovely city of Narita, a 15-minutes bus ride from the hotel, and a shuttle to go to a convenience store near by. I always stay at the Holiday Inn Toby Narita the night before I fly back home to Ottawa. I do not have to worry about the traffic downtown Tokyo the day of my departure and I wonder if I will make it on time to the airport. I get the chance to relax and enjoy the dining room or use their business centre. Th hotel is friendly and quiet. Most recommended.

great hotel great people good service i went there on my honeymoon-a bit far from central tokyo(about 1.30 hours with subway) free bus to local mall and airport

after staying in kashiwa for 9 days i found the hotel room was very large and nice with tv i could understand!
over all i really liked the hotel.
Idid find the hotel to far away from shopping.

I ordered a hamburger from room service. The quality of the meat and the doneness was extremely poor. I would have liked complementary coffee in the room. This is standard in the U.S.A.
