Usually I stay at hotels that have much smaller rooms and hardly any services. The Hyatt is a five star hotel at a very reasonable price (May 2010).

Stayed at the Hyatt Regency for a week. Was so amazed at how the incredible hotel was for what we paid for it. It's in a great location in Shinjuku, right near the station and opposite the government towers. We were able to become gold members and get a free pastry breakfast which was delicious. The staff there were very friendly and helpful and attend to all our needs. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone traveling through Toyko and I will be sure to stay there again when I'm here.

Family Holiday Hyatt Regency Tokyo

The rooms were spacious.We had a beautiful view from the hotel room window overlooking Mt. Fuji, Shinjuku Central Park and the beautiful Tokyo city especially at night. Free every 20 minutes shuttle service to and from the hotel to the Shinjuku subway. The staff were courteous and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency Tokyo especially coming back to a comfortable room after a long tiring sightseeing day.
