not to happy with the check out time. i requested for 1pm check out due to my late flight departure. told that i have to pay. in most 5 stars hotel , they usually accomodate the request, other than this , everything is perfect.

Loved the hotel would definetly stay there again, loved Japan and loved the people more. Great place Tokyo highly recommend it for every age group.

This Hotel is well ubicate in Tokio. Have a lot of restaurants inside the Hotel,but for your convinience there a lot more in different sides of the hotel like Sizzler and Royal Host with good food and prices.You can also take an underground hall (without the inconvinience of bad weather) down the street and straight ahead about 500 mt walking distance you find the Shinjutsu Station with subways and Jr train.You have a counter in the hotel for the Limousine Bus ($35dollars per person).They do the arrangements for your return to the airport.The limousine bus pick up you in the Hotel. Extraordinary service,the kindly staff speak in english.
Very near(walking distance) you have one of the most beautiful National gardens in Tokio and all Japan or you can go within two stops in the subway.
My room include the internet,the breakfast was not include very expensive near$30 dollars but very good.

truly outstanding ,warm,and gracious service from all the staff. the head concierge was quite indifferent and formal but did his job well anyway.
