Staff were very helpful and friendly...we didn't know how to speak Japanese, just English, and they spoke English well. Large room size was great for our family of 2 adults and 2 children. Wasn't a hotel, but rather a serviced apartment, hence I think that's why the price was so good for so much space. Highly recommended.

We were very pleasantly surprised by the size and amenities of the room - small kitchen with large fridge, which enabled you to eat in your room if you wished (very cheap ready to go delicious meals could be bought in nearby 7/11 store). There was a separate lounge area and screened off sleeping area which had two double beds. The very best thing about the hotel was the staff - nothing was too much trouble and they were so friendly and efficient. We let them know that a bathroom light wasn't working, and the electrician was in our room within 10 minutes. They presented our two grandsons with a lovely piece of oregami when we left, which was a very nice touch. We didn't try the restaurant/cafe, as we had breakfast in our room and we were out on the tourist trail for lunch and dinner. The hotel is in a very good position, as it has a subway entrance only 50m from the door. A great hotel to stay in if you want space and great service.

We were in Tokyo for Christmas and wanted the whole family to be together. With Kitano Arms we were able to have an apartment where everyone could be together, share meals and relax, it was great. The extra touches, like bottled water when we arrived and a box of chocolates for Christmas was very welcome. The hotel is right near a metro station and easy walk to a small supermarket and restaurants. Thanks
