Subway: Take Exit No. 4 from Nagata-cho Station on either Yuraku-cho Line, Hanzomon Line, or Namboku Line. The Kitano Arms is situated in front of the station.
By road: Approximately three minutes from the Metropolitan Expressway Kasumigaseki Exit.
