I stayed in the Tokyu hotel for 4 nights and found it to be very comfortable. However I found that the location wasn't so good as it was a long walk from either the subway or Kyoto train station. My only other gripe is that while tea is provided free one has to pay for coffee! A bit much for a 4 star hotel.
