The hotel is in a relatively quiet area of Shingawa, about 10 minutes walk to the nearest station and commercial area. However there is a free shuttle bus to and from the hotel/station. Whilst the hotel is relatively modern, the rooms are in need of some refurbishment. The bed was comfortable, but the desks and wardrobe were a little worn and scarred through use.

European breakfast was basic, but adequate, although at an extra cost. The staff were helpful and courteous, although there were a few language difficulties with some of them.

I would recommend this hotel for those who like a quiet environment. I would stay there again on future business trips to Shinagawa.
