This hotel is directly adjacent to Tokyo Station in the heart of Tokyo. Can't get any better unless the hotel was on top of the station. Easy walking distance to Otemachi an Nihonbashi. Beautiful hotel, great service, comfortable rooms, great view of Tokyo Station on one side, and good breakfast! We will be back.

Room needs better/more coffee.

Hotel needs signage re finding the 7th floor.

We found it odd that a French restaurant has the best location and the Japanese restaurants did not offer sushi or sashima on the published menus.

Staff was very good.

A Tokyo map and info on local tours in the room would be nice.

Postcards on sale would be nice.

This hotel is very convenient to both Tokyo's local train transportation system and the long distance trains as well as it is just across the street ftom the JR Tokyo Station. The staff here was very helpful in that they met us at the street level door and guided us to the lobby and then our rooms. They also spoke English well as our Japanese was minimal which made for clear communication.
Having just made the 14 hour flight from the States we opted for a light dinner at the Grill Resturant in the hotel. The staff there were both helpful and pleasant and after just ordering scallops and veggies a la carte, which were done just right, when finished, we were surprised that the staff relocated us from the grill to another table for a soup course, coffee and dessert.
The rooms here are comtemporary with all light switches located at the bed side table. The room had a multi plane ceiling which gave the space a lot of character as well as a nice view of the City.

I only used the hotel to sleep. Did not use any other facilities.

Great location with underground connection to NeX train. Paid difference to upgrade to larger room.
