Close to the train station, good for a night before or after a flight. Many shops and restaurants nearby. The whole hotel und the swimming pool need a renovation. The carpets are old and full of stains. The shower head in the bathroom is a joke. The use of the swimming pool is not free, it costs 1000 Yen. Next time I will stay in a better hotel away from Narita town and use a taxi or the hotel bus to get there. Narita is very nice, but expensive compared to Tokyo. The temple area and the park behind the temple with the lovely ponds are worth a visit.

The hotel is very close to train station and was one criteria that I chose the hotel. It is really very close to train station. The offered shuttle bus to and from the airport was also one reason for choosing the hotel. The staff was very courteous and helpful.

Massage service is available but is quite expensive as compared with my home state. I understand that there was a special offer of discounted price massage to airline crews. However, it did not apply to hotel customers. A bit disappointing.

I could not find some hotel direction signs at the Kansei Railway Station. There was a staff from Comfort Hotel staying at the station to advertise his hotel and it was this guy telling me the way to your hotel. It was pleasing to have such assistance especially when customers arriving in the evening.
