The staff were courteous, polite and helpful despite my lack of Japanese language skills.
The hotel is very conveniently located near Ikebukuro railway station.
It would have been nice to have coffee available in the room as well as tea, however, Instant coffee was easily obtained from the shop near the railway station.
We really enjoyed our stay at Crowne Plaza Metropolitan in Ikebukuro and would not hesitate to recommend it to others.
