Reviewer: BRYAN HILL Date of review: 27 May 2008 Recommends this hotel: YES Recommended for: Business, Leisure, Singles, Couples Room Hotel Facilities 4 Bed 5 Ambience 4 Cleanliness 5 Service 4 Room Size 4 Location 4 Amenities 4 Value for Money 5 Formally known as the Washington Hotel, the Port Hotel represents excellent value for money for those transitting Tokyo's Narita airport.The free shuttle bus leaves up to three times an hour from both terminals to and from the hotel with an approx 10 minute journey time each way.The check-in/check-out was quick and efficiently handled by the hotel's courteous staff.The building is set in an attractive woodland setting and the hotel also provides a shuttle to a local shopping mall and train station.I can recommend this hotel and will certainly include it in my future travel plans.BH.

My flight was late afternoon, around 5:00 pm, so it would have been nice if I didn't have to check out 11:00 am. Maybe some arrangement could have been made. I appreciated the service I got. Hopefully I'll have a chance to stay here again. Thank you.
