The location of the hotel is unsupassed and makes either the arrival or departure an easy expereince from Kansai airport. I was impressed with the staff service which was prompt and curteous and noticed a similar extesnio of service to a guest who had cancelled his booking 2 hours before but given the volcano activity, needed to make a new booking.The hotel was uanble to oblige but certainly assisted this guest in locating new accomdation. The added bonus of rental car and convenience store facilities below the hotel was great - and international ATM facility would also have been fantastic. The next morning I checked out in under 10 minuts, walked over to the airport in 4 minutes and was checked in and through immigraiton in under 230 minutes - all too easy. I will definately be staying at teh Nikko again in future when I fly inor out of Kansai.

I found that the ease of accessibility to the airport was very good. The staff was very courteous and helpful. I did find that not many of the staff spoke English, which, I think, is something that is necessary as the hotel is so close to the International Airport of Osaka. The food in the restaurants was excellent, both in its different choices and its quality.

For a business trip & short stay this is the ideal place to stay.
