Location was great, right in the middle of everything and very close to the station. The view on Tokyo from my room was emasing. Very helpful English speaking staff. I would definitely recomend this hotel for both business and leisure travellers

My wife and I stayed for a couple of days, its a very nice hotel, the styling is more European than Japanese. Excellent value for a hotel of this class. The area is central as well, close to Shimbashi for most train lines and Ginza for shopping. The staff were great, we would stay again.

I needed to arrange accommodation in Tokyo very quickly and searched for somewhere in Minato-ku as that was where my meetings would be. In fact the location was not perfect but I was so happy with the hotel.

It is a personal choice but I very much like the minimalist decor and the fact that the hotel is high up above the noise of traffic and trains.

The staff were lovely and so very helpful. I would have liked the hotel to have a cafe rather than grand restaurants as this is more confortable for a woman on her own. I did enjoy eating in the lounge in the evening however.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone, especially those on business. It is a lovely oasis in the midst of a hectic city.

VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE

Quiet, unobtrusive service and English was spoken by all the hotel staff. The Shiodome area feels like being in the future. It was quiet at night but many restaurants choices are available within walking distance. Room was surprisingly large for Tokyo and there was a beautiful view of the city and Tokyo Tower from the window. One day, we even saw Mt. Fuji. Furnishing and layout was thoughtful and contemporary with no space wasted.
