Fantastic view over the city from the 25th floor's reception desk. Excellent service and very helpful staff in the best Japanese tradition.

The view on Tokyo from my room was emasing. Very helpful English speaking staff. I would definitely recomend this hotel for both business and leisure travellers

Excellent value for a hotel of this class. The area is central as well, close to Shimbashi for most train lines and Ginza for shopping. The staff were great, we would stay again.

In fact the location was not perfect but I was so happy with the hotel. It is a personal choice but I very much like the minimalist decor and the fact that the hotel is high up above the noise of traffic and trains. The staff were lovely and so very helpful. I would have liked the hotel to have a cafe rather than grand restaurants as this is more confortable for a woman on her own. I did enjoy eating in the lounge in the evening however. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, especially those on business. It is a lovely oasis in the midst of a hectic city.
