We took the hotel shuttle bus provided and had a good night's rest before negotiating public transport next morning, heading for Nara. The hotel was excellent in every way for this arrangement and the hotel staff were most helpful with directions etc. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel in every way.

The shuttle service arrived on time and we were at the hotel in about 15 minutes. All the staff were friendly and courteous and can speak English. We were so hungry and it was nice to have a cafe that is serving food up to 12:00 midnight. We had a buffet breakfast and also got the chance to visit and take some pictures of a small temple at the back of the hotel. Overall, it was a great overnight experience.

I was generally happy with the hotel. the room was good although i had asked for a non-smoking room adn this one wasn't. it smelt of stale smoke which made it feel a bit dirty when actually it was clean.
