How to get to RIHGA Royal Hotel Kyoto:
From JR Kyoto Station:
Use the free shuttle bus, about a five-minute ride.
The shuttle leaves daily, every 15 minutes between 7:30 and 21:00, from the Shinkansen Hachijo exit on the first floor of JR Kyoto station.
From Kansai Airport:
The hotel is only 1 hour and 40 minutes away by airport limousine bus. Board the Kyoto-bound bus at the number 8 bus stop outside on the first floor of the airport. The limousine bus only goes to JR Kyoto Station, arriving in front of Avanti Mall. The buses run daily between 6:35 and 22:55.
Alternatively, take the Haruka express train. Its Station is across the bridge on the second floor of the airport building. The Haruka takes about 75 minutes. It runs from 6:29 to 22:18 from Kansai Airport daily, (the reverse trip departs twice an hour daily from 5:46 to 20:16).
