the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful in answering our quesries and providing information needed to facilate our visit. their helpfullness extends even to the doorman who gave us a lot of information regarding the train services and the taxi and the staff also helps us in making arrangements regarding our trip to Narita airport. A very memorable and enjoyable stay in royal righa hotel tokyo. the room was upgraded and we got a suite with an excellent view and it adds a lot to our enjoyment to our trip to japan. the amenities were excellent and the room itself was very good and excellent.
