It was great, location was perfect, it was clean and neat, staff were very helpful, it was nice and cozy. Great toilet. Room was ok, smallish (as they are in Japan, this one is not so bad at all), but quite functional and sufficient really, nothing to complain about. We saw photos on the net first but were very pleasantly surprised when we got there as it looked way much better than in the pics. We got a very good deal online and for that price it was a real bargain, especialy with such good location. We would deffinitely recommend it and would deffinitely stay there again.

The location of the hotel was great and was only about 15 min away from Shinjuku train station and 2 min from the metro station. Although the room was small, it was very value for money and served its purpose well as a hotel in a central location. Will certainly recommend the hotel to my friends and stay there again when I visit Tokyo again.

They were helping us to book a trip to Fuji mountain and extending our stay in the hotel without any problem. The room we had was a semi-double and it was of ok size compared to other hotels in the same category. The breakfast buffet is very rich and good. The location of the hotel is great, in the middle of the business district and not far from the subway.

They were friendly when I checked in and checked out. They were quite patient with my slow Japanese. Everything was explained politely to me in English. The room was small but certainly served it's purpose. The bed was comfortable and the large bath tub was very relaxing. The view left something to be desired but I did not book the hotel for the view. I was pleased with the amenities including mini bar and wireless internet. The location was easy to find, even in the dark. It is close enough to many restaurants and shopping isn't too far off.
