Very good location makes this hotel perfect whatever you want to do in Tokyo. Rooms were cleaned every day, staff very helpful, bed made up every day and every day there's discount for a hotel's Italian restaurant (although we came to Japan to try Japanese food, not Italian). What I would change to make the experience better is sheets. There was a single sheet on the bed, another single sheet and then coverlet. I would definitely remove single sheet in middle and instead make up a coverlet with a cover-sheet. Also I'd put some shelf on the wall. There was enough space to move through the room, but no space at all to make up all your small belongings. It works fine when you visiting town for a two days meeting, but not for 2 weeks (not to mention a month). Anyway these are not things that would make me to cancel my reservation or choose another hotel. Either way - I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanted to visit Tokyo.

We initially only booked 2 nights, but as we decided to stay longer in Tokyo, we ended up staying 6 nights at this hotel.
It was great, location was perfect, it was clean and neat, staff were very helpful, it was nice and cozy. Great toilet. Room was ok, smallish (as they are in Japan, this one is not so bad at all), but quite functional and sufficient really, nothing to complain about.
We saw photos on the net first but were very pleasantly surprised when we got there as it looked way much better than in the pics. We got a very good deal online and for that price it was a real bargain, especialy with such good location.
We would deffinitely recommend it and would deffinitely stay there again.

Stayed at the hotel for three nights at the end of December and enjoyed my stay there. The location of the hotel was great and was only about 15 min away from Shinjuku train station and 2 min from the metro station.
Although the room was small, it was very value for money and served its purpose well as a hotel in a central location.
Will certainly recommend the hotel to my friends and stay there again when I visit Tokyo again.

The staff in the hotel was very helpful. They were helping us to book a trip to Fuji mountain and extending our stay in the hotel without any problem.
The room we had was a semi-double and it was of ok size compared to other hotels in the same category.
The breakfast buffet is very rich and good.
The location of the hotel is great, in the middle of the business district and not far from the subway.

The staff was super courteous and helpful. They were friendly when I checked in and checked out. They were quite patient with my slow Japanese. Everything was explained politely to me in English. The room was small but certainly served it's purpose. The bed was comfortable and the large bath tub was very relaxing. The view left something to be desired but I did not book the hotel for the view. I was pleased with the amenities including mini bar and wireless internet. The location was easy to find, even in the dark. It is close enough to many restaurants and shopping isn't too far off.
