Great location with reasonable price, just a few minutes from Shinagawa Station. It's a convenience location, easily accessible to Shinkasen and train. Stayed at 20 storey, had a great view overlooking Shinagawa station and Tokyo tower.

My wife and I stayed 5 nites (1st 4 days in Japan -Tokyo) and the last night in Japan.

What I liked about this hotel:

1. Sunrise tours had a pickup point at this hotel.

2. We used the "Green service twice" and received 2000Yen (2days x 2 x 500Yen) and used it at the Hotel's convenience shop.

3. We left 1 of our luggage with the hotel (1st 10 days was free) when we went to other parts of Japan before returning to stay on the last nite, there were lockers (100yen rental) for hotel clients which we used to store stuff.

4. 2 min walk to Shinagawa Station (West entrance), so convenient.

5. Staff were very helpful.

Room size may be small to some people and carpet could use a clean but overall - it was great place to base yourself if spending a few days in Tokyo.

The bed was quite firm. The Annex tower was ample and comfortable. It was very humid and could never get the room temp. to go below 74 degrees F. Shinagawa station is huge and right off the JR line and Asakusa subway line which were the 2 I used. Everyone seemed to have a breakfast coupon except for me and breakfast was 2000 yen for buffet. Chose the Hapuna in the Main tower for breakfast as it gives you the most variety.

First I impressed in hotel service and helpful either luggage advance keeping ( Keeping and send to the room before I reached the hotel ) or tour advising. The staff were very good in English that help a lot for communication. Second , The hotel just located the opposite of Shinagawa train station that is convenient to transfer to most of famous places. You will find many entertainments at the down stair of the connecting main hotel such as bowling, aquarium,etc. I did enjoy in chiness lunch meal at the fourth floor too.

Great location and excellent service.

I arrived at the hotel around 11 am in the morning. There was a very long queue in front of the check in counter, which I have never encountered before. However, the staff were quite efficient and in no time at all, I was allocated a room. The best thing is, the room is available immediately! Usually hotels make guests wait until late afternoon. First delight!

Throughout our stay there, the service is excellent. All the staff we came into contact with are cheerful, polite and helpful. It is also a joy to come back to a very clean and tidy room with fresh linens. No stains whatsoever on the sheets.

yes, the room is small but who cares,as long as the the service is excellent,housekeeping does a good job,they clean the room and change the linen .very courteous staff and attend to your needs ASAP.
For us,i prefer that housekeeping do a good job and doesnt just do the bed but really change the linen,etc as long as you request it
for us cleanliness is #1 priority,you dont want to sleep and stay in a dirty hotel,w/ dirty linen,room size doesnt matter much.

The location of the hotel is very convenient for tourist interest, particularly the food and the mobility

Given the cost of living in Japan, the cost is fair but the area is far from the centre of the city. Good but a little dark as bath is in front of the window.

I have stayed at this hotel twice, the second time just because it was a safe choice, close to the station, reasonably priced and in a good location in terms of stops to other major stations. It is a great location for Shinagawa, however there are other suburbs or areas like shibuya or shinjuku or even tokyo that would be probably be better positioned, as Shinagawa station only has a super market and a few small cafes. It does however also have several restaurants accross the road and a McDonalds. For a room in Japan this was a decent size and like usual was very clean and neat. The hotel is quite outdated however. Its nice exterior and services were still enough for us to stay here again but the facilities are slightly old as well as the rooms furnishings.

I'd booked Superior double exec tower wing room, but I got the standard double exec tower wing room. The hotel said there is no Superior double room on this building. It was the agency fault. Please check.
