The staff - from the concierge, porters and waiters - were very courteous, helpful, friendly and always willing to help.

The room is spacious, very clean and comfortable. I particularly like the pyjamas that the hotel provides its guest - very convenient.

The location is superb - right next door to the train station. It was very convenient and hassle-free to go to and from the hotel/airport. Shops, both for food and other items, are also very close to the hotel, making it convenient to go out for food late at night.

The food at the hotel is good and reasonably priced. Service is excellent too.

I will highly recommend the Swissotel Nankai Osaka Hotel to family and friends. And I will definitely stay at this hotel again the next time I am in Osaka. It was a very pleasant experience indeed!

Pool and spa use not included in hotel price and was expensive to use. Location with adjoining subway and shops was excellent
